Returns & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• •The product must be unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging.
• •The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
• •You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

• •The product(s) you wish to return
• •The reason for your return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

• •Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• •Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original order (following the policy above) and place a new order on our website.
